This UCSF project was the remodel of an existing designated B occupancy area on the ground floor of an existing open parking garage structure to accommodate new administrative offices and a new separate facilities storage area. Work for this project included the removal and replacement of the existing external glazed curtain wall, completion of 2-hour occupancy separation to the adjoining parking areas, the insertion of new steel-framed mezzanine with new partitions, stairs, and acoustic and thermal lining. New mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were installed throughout the building.
